VACATION AT HOME
1) You indicated in your survey that you prefer to stay at home during your vacations. Please describe the types of activities you like to do during your vacations at home.
I love having a staycation! Sometimes I just sit at home and relax on the sofa, I order home delivery food and binge watching drama series on Netflix. Wow!!! Time really flies! Also, I love to watching a movie to take my mind off things.
And it helps me relieve my stress.
You know, I just catch up on some rest.
Also I go to a park near my home. It only takes 5 minutes on foot from my home.
I go out to get some fresh air. Walking with my wife put me in a good mood.
I recommend vacations at home.

3) Describe one memorable experience you had during a vacation at home. What happened? Why was the vacation so unforgettable?
al4) Explain how most people choose to spend vacation time in your country. Compare this to how people spent their vacations while you were growing up. Are people vacationing in different ways? How and why have things changed regarding vacationing these days?
I would say it has changed a lot (since using the smartphone became so popular.) When I was a kid, my family used to take trips to other provinces by car, especially during vacations. The impressive thing is that my parents were using paper maps when they found new ways. People were familiar with visiting unknown places with just paper maps. It was not a challenge for them at all. That’s wild, isn’t it? However, nowadays, we can’t go anywhere without a smartphone. Google maps is such a great invention. They also provide a lot of useful information about places. We can easily search for nice restaurants, markets or good sightseeing places. I think this is a big difference between the past and the present.
al5) Experts believe that vacations are vital for everybody. Discuss the benefits and importance of vacationing to relationships, personal growth, and one's health
I think it’s more than just an escape from reality. Vacations can improve our mental health by reducing depression and anxiety. I take vacations twice a year, in the summer and the winter. I prefer to hit the beaches in summer and I enjoy going camping in the winter. When I’m stressed out, I normally make plans for my next vacation. Just planning sometimes makes me happy. It’s a great way to relieve my stress. As we all know, stress is everyone’s enemy. Learning to cope with stress is important for our mental health. That’s why vacationing is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.
Hotel
Tell me about the hotel that you went to recently. What did it look like? What did you like about the hotel? Please give me all the details.
Last summer I went to Okinawa, Japan with my sister. They have beautiful beaches and the color of the sea there is really stunning. The sunset on the beach the last time I was there was just breathtaking. There are many great resorts and hotels there because many tourists visit there every year. The price is quite reasonable if you go there in the low season. The one I stayed in last time was very impressive, with professional staff and a nice ocean view. Oh, they have a wonderful private beach as well. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. Also, they offered a complimentary breakfast and it was brilliant. I enjoyed it a lot. If I go there in the off-season, I would pick that hotel again.
Tell me about a memorable hotel you stayed at. What makes that hotel special? How did you pick that hotel in the first place? What do you remember most about your stay at that hotel?
RESTAURANTS
1)What is your favorite restaurant? What things do you like about it? What do they serve? What makes it superior to other restaurants?
There's an awesome Korean barbecue place in Seoul. I go to that restaurant at least once a week. It's very close to my place. Their signature menu item is grilled black pork barbecue. It smells really good and it's quite juicy and chewy. It's the best Korean barbecue ever. I've taken some friends to the restaurant several times and they were all satisfied. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is beautiful too. It's very simple, modern and clean. That's it.
2)Discuss the experience of going to your favorite restaurant. When do you usually go? Who do you dine with? How do you get to the restaurant?
As I said before, the Korean barbecue restaurant near my place is my favorite. [My husband] and I usually bike there. It only takes 10 minutes. The only thing I don't like about that place is that it's getting too popular. (getting more and more popular all the time.) When I get there during peak hours, I always have to wait in line for half an hour at least. Oh, after a famous YouTuber visited a few weeks ago, it became way more crowded. I wish it was less crowded. That's why I prefer to have linner at the restaurant, not for lunch or dinner.
3)What is the best meal that you had at this restaurant? A dish that you enjoyed or was somehow unique? What was the name of the dish? Why did you select it? What was particularly appealing about it or anything else you recall about this dish?
Last weekend, I went to the restaurant with some friends. We ordered some black pork barbecue which is one of my favorites. It's quite different from the ordinary Korean pork belly barbecue. The meat is juicier and it tastes richer. We pigged out. Plus, they grilled the meat so well. Knowing how to grill is literally one of the most important parts of cooking. They are obviously experts in Korean barbecue. Everything was so perfect. We had a great time there. I highly recommend anyone who likes Korean barbecue to visit the place.
Health
1) Tell me about a healthy person you know. What does he or she look like? What kind of food does he or she like to eat? How did you meet him or her? Provide as many details as possible.
A healthy person… hmm… All right, I’d like to talk about my friend, Jein. She is an old friend of mine who is health-conscious. Umm… She is very tall and in great shape, just like a fashion model. I’m so jealous of her! She works out at least five times a week, as far as I know. She loves to exercise, so she is usually at the gym whenever I call her. Also, she never eats junk food like MacDonald's, Burger King, or things like that. How does she do that? That’s impressive. Oh, she doesn't even drink Coke. She always says Coke is so bad for your health. Anyway, I always try to stay healthy, but it isn't easy to maintain healthy habits. I should register for the Yoga class next week
